These terms apply equally to people of all genders and communities. The masculine form is used solely for convenience.

These terms and the terms of use published on the website define the legal relationship between the customer and the website, the conditions for using the website and, where applicable, ordering products from it. They constitute the customer’s acceptance of these terms and of any additional terms published on the website. The company may amend these terms at any time, at its sole discretion.

These terms apply to the use of the website and its services on any computing device, including a mobile phone, tablet or computer. They also apply to use of the website over the Internet or through any other network or means of communication.

Nothing in these terms overrides the provisions of Israel’s Consumer Protection Law, 5741–1981, or the regulations made under it, where those provisions cannot be waived.

The company and/or the website make every effort to provide complete and detailed information about the company and its products. However, inaccuracies, errors or omissions may appear on the website in good faith and without any intention to cause harm or mislead. The company, the website’s management and the website accept no liability arising from such inaccuracies, errors or omissions. A typographical error in a product description does not bind the company.

Product images on the website are for illustrative purposes only. The appearance, shade, size or other characteristics of the actual product may differ from those shown on the website.

For all purposes, the date and time recorded in the company’s computer systems shall be deemed the official date and time.

Accessibility Arrangements

Website

Our website is currently being upgraded. An online store was recently added, and some of the content and pages have been replaced. The website is accessible and can be navigated using keyboard shortcuts in Google Chrome and Microsoft Internet Explorer. These shortcuts can also be used to enlarge text, adjust contrast and more.

As the website is still being upgraded, some pages and content may not be accessible for a short period. We undertake to complete the website and restore full accessibility by the end of 2023 — and even sooner.

Accessibility features already available on the website include:

– Keyboard navigation.
– Compatibility with screen readers and assistive technologies, including NVDA, JAWS and Google Chrome extensions for reading screen content and images.
– Website font enlargement.
– Colour contrast adjustment.
